This is the only one I use anymore. There really are no connection fees! My only complaint is that when I call my sister in the NWT, the cost/minute goes way up. But I just get her to call me back.

I've used other phone cards and I find that CiCi is one of the best that I've used thus far. I did not know you had a $50 card I will look into that. Compared to all other card CiCi is the one that i've found in Canada that has plenty of minutes for me to call where I want. Thank you so much. I bought this card off of this website and it came within seconds (unlike registering for onesuite.com where it takes 4+ days to activate). The automated voice is very clear and very easy to use. The PIN may get annoying if you make multiple calls a day, but you would expect this of any phone card. Overall, it's very good.

Easy to use, nice to be able to buy over internet...can also find in local stores. Card charges no connection fees and clearly states how many minutes you have left on card. Only think missing from these type of cards is that I would like to know length of time left to use card. They don't do this I assume because if the card runs out it is to their advantage.

Sometimes when I am on a call, a female voice interupts and tells me to enter the number I wish to call and hit the "hash" button. When this happens I do not know what to do and my call has been disconnected. What is a "hash" button and why does this happen when I know I still have ample time left?

This card is the best one we have used for calls to Yemen. We have a local access number and 90 percent of the time the connection is very good. When the call doesn't go through for any reason this card does not deduct $1 like some of the other cards. Pretty much you are paying for time used. Although it seems more expensive in the long run it isn't.

This card didn't impress me for two reasons: 1) would go through a lot of cash just connecting, and 2) the minutes it took off the card did not match up with the minutes on my phone timer. Won't buy this one again!

Every year I drive from Victoria to Northern BC, and the Yukon and sometimes Alberta. I found CiCi is the only long distance travel/ phone card that works everywhere I go. It took me switching phone cards, then experiencing what bad service is all about to really appreciate how good CiCi actually is. With CiCi, there's no hidden surcharges; disconnected or staticky/digitized-out calls; no connection failures or operators saying to try again in half an hour on another phone. While I'm travelling? In the far north phones can be hundreds of miles apart! I'm an extremely harsh critic about most things, and even I must admit; CiCI Goldline is the best. Good work!

The cost per minute is about 10 cents more than listed in the add for the card. I've never got to talk to anyone with the card but its used 2.30 cents in calls no one answered. This seems kind of high just to listen to it ring. I wouldn't buy the card again for this reason.

This phone card is excellent for people who are not a budget restriction. It has great quality on the line - "virtually next door" sound quality - and has an easy system to follow. Only catch is the cost per min. I guess you get what you pay for. For the money and the quality on the line I would defiantly purchase this card again.

I'm very satisfied with this card. I was out of Ontario province, so all calling cards would just eat my money and minutes, it would usually cost me around 15$ every week. And now, already for the second week I am using this single 5$card and still have enough funds on it to call my fellas from Quebec, New Foundland and have nice conversations, not the hi-how-are-you-nice-have-to-go style. 5 stars for calls across the Canada

I use your phone card exclusively and buy it in different places each time I need a new one. Most places charge the flat fee of $5, $10, $20. I have had at least a couple of places add on tax and charge more than the fee printed on the card. Your website says tax is included. So are these stores that are overcharging me, ripping me off? Is that money going into their pockets? Thanks.

I am usually satisfied with your product but I currently have 129 minutes left on a 300 minute card and it suddenly no longer works. I need to make a few phone calls and after I receive the message saying how many minutes I have for my destination, it will not dial through. I have dialed these numbers without using the card and they are fine. These cards are ideally priced but it does me no good when they suddenly stop working.

I've been trying and trying to there's a message saying you're call cannot be connected, when I called customer service she said it's in the other side, I said so if the problem on the other side I'm not going to be able to make any calles even with the other calling card!! she says no, maybe you will... but it's in the other side(which is imposible, to call a country with any calling card if the problem is in the other side) and her solution is call again after an hour or two....why? the time zone is differnt and she knows after an hour or two I won't be able to call them...And this is your 5 star calling card?

This card should have a 100% rating even the customer service extended my card one week as I was phoning my Son in Norway and it had just expired what other card companies would do that especially when your child is expecting that important call at a set time each week,,Thanks again to the CiCi card for coming through when I really needed that break..I now even use it for my home long distant dropping Bell as a provider..

About one month ago I purchased a $20.00 Cici card from Mac's Milk at 598 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario. Only this morning, Oct. 29, the card was declared invalid because it had never been activated. The store refused to activate it without a receipt, something they have never provided for any purchase of a phone card. Cici declined being able to do anything about the impasse. They directed me to Dataways Security Company who also claimed an inability to do anything to satisfy the customer. As it is, Cici have my $20.00 and I have an unused, unactivatable product that Cici has sold me through their Agent, Mac's Milk. My query is do I take the fall or does Cici accept any responsibility for their product?

Not too bad - Don't buy. They have new connection charges.
